The service

LegitCheck.ch provides paid expert-opinion authentication for Chrome Hearts items (clothing, belts, pants, and jewellery), based on the photos and information you submit. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or paid by Chrome Hearts or any other brand.

Pricing

• Clothing: $9.90 without certificate, $13.90 with certificate
• Belts & Pants: $18.90, certificate included
• Jewellery: $18.90 without certificate, $23.90 with certificate

Payment is collected via PayPal after you submit your request, before your item is reviewed. We aim to respond within 6 hours of payment.

Nature of our opinion

Our authentication is an expert opinion based solely on the photos and information you provide — it is not a legal certification and is not infallible. Well-made counterfeits can be difficult to identify from photos alone, and we cannot guarantee absolute certainty in every case.

Confident verdict not always possible

In the rare case we cannot reach a confident verdict from the photos provided, we will let you know rather than guess. In that situation, we offer credit back rather than risk giving you an incorrect result.

Certificates

Certificates issued after a paid authentication include a unique certificate number and a QR code linking to a public verification page. Certificates reflect our opinion at the time of review and are based on the material provided to us.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, unedited photos and honest information about the item. Submitting misleading photos or information may result in an incorrect verdict for which we cannot be held responsible.

Limitation of liability

LegitCheck.ch and @Chrome.Garments are not liable for purchase decisions, losses, or disputes (including with sellers, marketplaces, or payment providers) made on the basis of our opinion. Our service assists your own judgment — it does not replace it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, with Geneva, Switzerland as the place of jurisdiction.
